Police declaration

Witness 9

On March 8th 1946 I then interrogated the chief inspector of police in Den Bilt, inspector Schaap.

He informed me that he had no further information or details on the matter. He also declared that the NSB mayor of Naarden had reported people to the police on many an occasion. He declared in addition that the SD official Rühl was very active in Gooi, and thus also in Naarden, at the time.

Clarification

On inquiry with the POD (investigation service set up to trace those who had collaborated during the war) in Naarden I was informed that an investigation had already taken place into the arrest in 1942 of Mrs Glaser-Philips and Miss Glaser and that the Coljee family were under suspicion.
